Telecaller / Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller / Business Development Executive to generate leads, communicate with potential clients, and support business growth. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convince and convert prospects into customers.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services
  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Maintain and update customer database (CRM/Excel)
  • Follow up with interested clients and close deals
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Manage documentation, including:
    • Lead records
    • Call reports
    • Client details
    • Sales reports

✅ Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English required)
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
  • Confident and persuasive speaking ability
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

🎓 Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate / 12th Pass
  • Sales or telecalling experience is a plus

  • ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
