- Supervise daily site operations and workforce
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance

- Monitor material usage and inventory
- Handle on-site problem-solving and decision-making
- Manage documentation, including:
- Daily progress reports
- Attendance records
- Work completion reports
- Material usage reports
✅ Required Skills:
- Leadership and team management skills
- Basic technical knowledge (Electrical/Construction/Solar preferred)
- Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)
🎓 Qualifications:
- Diploma / ITI / Any Graduate
- Experience in site supervision (solar/construction preferred)
